Eurocircuits erstellt Schliffbilder als der Teil der Qualitätssicherung

Schliffbilder zu erstellen ist eine der wichtigsten Maßnahmen um die Qualität der Leiterplatten zu gewährleisten.

Die Erstellung eines Schliffbildes ist keine zerstörungsfreie Qualitätssicherungs-Maßnahme. In der Regel wird ein speziell vorbereiteter Testcoupon aus dem Produktionsnutzen gestanzt. Anschließend wird dieser in einer speziellen Vorrichtung in Harz eingegossen. Mit Hilfe einer automatischen Schleifvorrichtung wird die Oberfläche so lange behandelt, bis der zu untersuchende Teil sichtbar wird.

Mit Hilfe leistungsstarker Mikroskope untersucht unsere QS eine Vielzahl von Merkmalen. Diese sind Kupferdicke in einem durchkontaktierten Loch, gleichmäßiger Kupferaufbau und Innenlagenregistrierung. Auf Außenlagen Leiterbahnbreite, Kupferverteilung und Unterätzung. Bei Lötstopplack die Schichtdicke, Kantenbedeckung und Gleichmäßigkeit.

Eurocircuits hat kürzlich Via Filling eingeführt. Schliffbilder waren notwendig, um einen konstanten Prozess und qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse siicherzustellen.

Schliffbilder können in jeden Prozessschritt eingehführt werden und sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil unserer Qualitätssicherung, damit wir unseren Kunden permanent zuverlässige Leiterplaten liefern können.
